How should the setup be?
I want to access the account from my own phone too but if its needed i will just go with an antidetect browser+usa isp proxy

what are your thoughts on that?

Are you using multiple accounts? If yes make sure you space out actions and avoid overlap of accs. If you’re planning to scale antidetect + residential proxy is definitely safer. Make each account thread unique, different fingerprints, user agents, time zones, etc. Don’t reuse cookies or sessions.

Depends on your niche and goals, but if we're talking about the bare minimum, then:

  • Content quality still matters — AI or not, it needs to engage.
  • One good domain with decent authority or a Web 2.0 platform with some aged presence can be enough to start.
  • Backlinks — even a handful of contextual links from relevant guest posts or niche edits can push initial traction.
  • Reddit/Quora/Medium: underrated, but still solid for Tier 1 eyes if used properly and not spammed.
  • Budget — technically possible to start with $100–$200, but results will be slow and limited unless you're doing most of the work yourself.

If you're aiming for paid traffic, though, even $5/day on Meta or Google can give you early signals — but that's testing, not scaling.

Bottom line: the minimum is low if you trade money for time and grind it out. But to grow fast in Tier 1, quality and consistency will cost — either your time or your wallet.

I just want to run the main account on my phone with my personal accounts (i have 2). So a total of 3 accounts.
I will run child accounts on another setup with a bot probably.
Antidetect+isp proxy is probably the easiest and safest way for running the main account but as I said I want to access it from my phone too. For doing polls, answering comments etc.

First of all run your account on the phone itself, secondly follow these tips to push your content to Tier 1 Audience :

-Make content which attracts the Tier 1 Audience
-Use Tier 1 Music
-Use trends they are following in your reels
-Interact with follows, likes and comments via Audience of Tier 1

This way you will slowly build your audience to Tier 1

To target Tier 1 properly, you need full consistency: clean device, stable IP from the right geo, and one account per setup. Accessing from your own phone is fine, as long as that phone hasn’t been tied to low-trust actions or recycled sessions. Mixing it with ISP proxy is a good combo when handled right.

Since you're already managing 3 accounts, split them smartly. Keep one on your personal device for clean activity, and route the others through antidetect environments with dedicated proxies. That way, your main account stays insulated from risk while you scale safely on the side.
