I buy an account and create a campaign and it gets approved within an hour and already starts getting impressions.

But if i do this exact setup with a different keyword, i get approved but no impressions for nearly 24 hours then i get a ban for unacceptable practices pushing policy

both keywords are brands and one of them has higher traffic so google probably triggers a manual review on accounts using that keyword, it’s not banned because people advertise on it.

So i’m guessing i need better accounts to advertise on this keyword like an sa360 account, does anyone know if sa360 accounts will be able to advertise on that keyword with no manual review? is there any other way to bypass manual reviews

Yes you need better accounts, older accounts preferably. Cloaking might be useful depending on your niche...even if you say it's not a banned keyword

You're likely right in assuming that brand-related keywords (especially high-traffic ones) can trigger manual reviews or deeper automated scrutiny on new or lower-trust accounts

High-traffic brand terms often have higher scrutiny due to:
Trademark protection
Past abuse (e.g., phishing, scams)
Advertiser complaints
Even if it's not banned outright, it’s flagged in Google’s risk layers.

SA360 (Google's premium ad platform) is used by enterprise-level agencies with:

Higher ad spend
Verified business identity
Direct account reps
Ads via SA360 may avoid early-stage manual reviews or get fast-tracked but it doesn’t guarantee immunity if your landing page or ad violates policies.

Try whitelisted agency accounts or reseller panels that:

Have access to high-trust ad accounts
Use real business entities
Help you run brand terms in compliance

i tried a cheap agency account before for $30 but didn’t work, are some agency accounts better than others or are they all the same cause i’ve seen cheap ones and one’s that are a few hundred

Big-brand keywords trigger extra checks. SA360 might help a bit but won’t skip reviews. Warm up your account with small related campaigns, build a steady spend history, and fill out all billing details Google trusts active accounts and approves them faster.
