Video song added on new make video can not be copyright content due to creation of new content/background,it is benefit to the viral song to get more listen.

that is not concern

To check for copyright issues, you can upload audio without video to see if it triggers a copyright alert. Another option is to upload it to Canva, as I've noticed that Canva also provides copyright notifications when you use audio.

Most Bollywood songs are copyrighted, so even if no one complains at first, YouTube’s Content ID can still detect it and impact monetization. Your video content is original, but using someone else’s song without permission can limit ads or even block the video. Best to check on sites like YouTube’s Music Policies or try royalty-free music instead.

We can use it if we upload from youtube app using phone or any emulator too, only condition is we should use it from youtube liabrary they provide while upload, if same song we add from editor that case they track as copyrighted music otherwise we are good to go to take leverage of that song popularity.

what people are doing, they keep copyright audio volume in background with less volume lets say 1-25% only and keep original audio, or second scenerio people use 100% of copyright music only and keep original audio down. ( i am talking about shorts only where youtube giving option to use copyrighted music through its own liabrary while uploading video from phone (officially) or using emulator (blackhat way to do from system instead of using mobile))

as far as monetisation is concern, youtube itself says if they found any copyrighted music in background too, they mark under policy but clearly says it doesnt effect monetisation or reach, its not copyright strike (if used like the way i explained above.)

mp3 cant be upload directly but i shared the trick which make it mp4 , it will increase workflow but going to work, apart from this canva stuff work directly, just try to upload your mp3 in canva, if its copyrighted it will give you notification, you still can use it in canva as they only give notification not any kind of restrictions, just go and test yourself and share your results here. both method will work.

You can’t tell from the mp3 file alone. Upload it as an unlisted YouTube video and see if Content ID flags it, or search the song’s publisher/rights info online. If it’s copyrighted, YouTube will block ads or demonetize, even without a formal complaint. To keep your SEO and earnings safe, use royalty-free or properly licensed music.
