Nope, I’m not marketing anything here. This is simply a personal journey thread documenting my progress with faceless YouTube automation. The Telegram group I mentioned is a private mastermind where I learn, not something I’m promoting or selling. I’m sharing the results and strategies transparently, that’s all. Hope that clears it up.
Where you see any marketing? I dont even share any telegram group.
Dont ask for group. Its not in english and its useless for you all.
This is just my YT journey.
In the future I might share something from my journey so others can replicate it.

Congrats! What does your workflow looklike? I understand you download images and just drop them into the timeline to make a slideshow - how about the videos? Any method on sourcing/downloading those or is it all manual?
Are you paying attention to licenses or just taking whatever you want?

Congrats on your progress, excellent journey.
I have always wanted to make YT channels, tried a few times but nothing much took off. Even tried AI but still no progress.
If you wish, I can work for your channel - the other channel that hasn't progressed much. I can learn that way, whatever the channel makes from my efforts if yours - am just interested in the knowledge,

Update #7 – Big Spike on Second Channel, First Channel Steady, Monetization Incoming on Second Channel
It’s been a while since my last update — just haven’t had the time. But quite a bit has happened.
On my main channel, the earnings are finalized now, and the new reporting period for July has started.
I don’t yet see the exact payout info in AdSense, but I should have that this week or early next week once it updates.
Traffic has been fluctuating — it even dropped down to about 45,000 views over 48 hours at one point, but now it’s slowly climbing back up. Overall, it’s holding pretty stable without any catastrophic crashes.
Subscriber numbers are also still growing steadily.
I also ran a community poll to ask viewers what kind of videos they’d like to see next, since the current topic is starting to feel a bit stale. The responses have been really good so far.
Over the weekend, I’ll have a bit more free time, so I’m planning to try something different and see how the audience reacts.
Second channel basically exploded:
Right now YouTube is still processing the watch time, which usually takes about 5 days. After that, I’ll send in the application for monetization.
Pretty crazy — the video was pushed hard by the algorithm, with nearly 100% suggested traffic, according to analytics (around 97.8%).
Yesterday I uploaded a second video on that channel, and it’s already at about 800 views. I think I’m getting a clearer picture of what the audience wants.
Next, I definitely need to develop better thumbnails for this niche to maintain a high CTR and make them visually appealing so people actually click.
It’s become very clear to me that both channels absolutely need stronger thumbnails.
Right now I’m still working in Canva, mostly because of time constraints, but I plan to upgrade my skills and tools as soon as I can.
More updates soon — let’s see how things progress once the second channel hits monetization!
The images are crappy. I add some effects on video etc. I zoom them (in /out), they look even worse.
The workflow is researching the data i need for another video, AI is doing research, i verify, he downloads the data. I add some more if i find. I order him to integrate it.
Then i have lots of premade prompts, for him to make me contnetn for script.
Then i download images with Imageeye plugin. I delete bad images /unrelated, with watermarks etc..
Then i get some videos too, i process few of these. To get more content.
And make the clips/images flow with script.
You just cant drop random images on the timeline. Nobody will watch this trash.
And then I add audio.
and then i make thumbnails.
When AI is making speech files I work either on thumbnails or video / thumbnail text / titles, description
I just dont sit and wait. I dont have time. Because im doing this all pretty late and i need it quick.
I have developed my own system to speed this up.
But I plan to add automation to some things to speed up even more.
When i just drop into timeline and render, will see.
I guess i cant use capcut anymore then. I will switch to ffmpeg then..
Type the keywords you need.
Once you find the videos, watch them, like you normally would. Like them, comment etc,.
Act as human
YT then will get that AHA moment, and starts recommending you similar channels.
use YT filters and look for channels that are fresh (1-4 months old), and have lots of views on their videos but lot less subscribers.
This is a signal that they do something correctly.
And do the same. Thats it.
Made the amount on screens in less than a month. I didnt start from Juny 1. But somewhere around 7 or so..
Second channel got 1500 subs in few days. Have to check how quickly.
And watchhours literally too. I mean very fast.
Never had such channel that gets monetized with 1 video lol.
I registered new channels on garbage phones I have. On new SIM card using that little mobile internet they have on them.
For 2-3€. Thats enough to register acount.
Then they have been sitting there for few days and then I transfer them to my PC (Dolphin Anty) and start using.
These 2 channels that fly at the moment are made by me. Its pointless to buy. Because I have seen now that I can make my own channel and it gets monetized in 2 weeks.
First views?: Well my primary channel got views on third day. Like 50 views, then after 3 days after that 1255 views, then again around 1300-1500, and blew up 8000 and 21000 the fell to 5k and blew up again to 60k views. And stabilized there basically. Till now

- That video is sitting at around 150,000 views

Open Incognito tab or any antidetect browser, register new channel and start looking for your niche videos.
Type the keywords you need.
Once you find the videos, watch them, like you normally would. Like them, comment etc,.

I wish you good luck on your journey, you are making good progress. I have opened several channels so far, but since they are all in English, my view counts are very low. Do you only produce videos for your own country, or do you also use other third world countries? Can you give me an example of a niche third world country that you don't use?
