i don't really know much about making use of phone to do google ads but you can do facebook and instagram ads on your phone

It's worth it, but needs some experience in blackhat. As gambling falled under blackhat ads.

Yeah, you can run ads from your phone using the FB Ads or Google Ads app. But some features like detailed targeting or bulk edits are easier on a computer.

Yes you can, there is Meta Business Suite, it will help you run Facebook adverts

To do advertising you should use a computer, because if you use a phone there will be many limited features, using a phone to manage and track the performance of advertising on the go will be more convenient, but using them to do advertising in my opinion is not feasible.

I would say if you have prior experience you can do it with phone, but if just starting out, using pc is better option.
