KVS or AdultScriptPro, which is more beginner friendly?

Hi guys, I'm a newbie in coding and everything. I used to manage my website with Wordpress so i came across PornX by Vicetemple, which is probably the cheapest script on the market with loads of features. However, since the cms is wordpress, i've read somewhere that it may not be sustainable long term to handle high traffic, and tools like pornx and wp-script are both wp "plugins". Please let me know if that's not the case.

I've heard good things about KVS, like how they're seo optimized etc. I also tried their demo site which is quite fast. However, their admin panel seems abit overwhelming for me. I wonder if it's easy to get a hang of it and if coding is required like simple tasks: uploading videos (maybe editing like watermark and resolution), adding categories and tags, writing seo titles and descriptions, etc.

For AdultScriptPro, their demo site is buggy, and have to contact them to test the backend or something. So i don't know if it's a good option. It's also much more expensive.

I also heard good thing about mechbunny but i can't afford it. So i think i will just decide from these three: KVS, Vicetemple (PornX), and AdultScriptPro.

From my experience, using WordPress for the adult industry is a pretty good choice IF the hosting environment is tweaked and optimized for video data.
Hosting the videos locally on a shared hosting environment is not a good idea. Still, many adult websites run by our clients are hosted on an off-shore VPS with an NGINX server combined with a Redis cache to handle all the user requests.
For example, an external server can host and load all tube videos using the WPS player.

It's not cheap, but if you have big plans to enter the adult industry, spending some extra money on a good setup might be a good idea.

Hi, offshore vps is what i'm looking for in addition to a script. By external server, do you mean additional storage server (vultr, etc) for storing adult media files and serving by the main offshore vps? That's another subject im quite confused cos offshore hostings with 1tb storage are too expensive for starters.

I haven't get it yet but i'm looking at their advanced plan which provides the service i need. You can also get their basic plan if you dont need billing, and upgrade later if needed but there will be additional fee ($250 to advanced, $450 to ultimate)

I haven't, but soon I might go for KVS but i'm currently playing with clipbucket cos it's free for me to learn essential stuff. I have a normal website with wordpress so i don't think i wanna go with them again cos i dont like third party plugins and stuff that are not necessary (i want long term solution).

I wont go for cdn providers cos too exp, also not third party hosting like doodstream, too invasive in ads. There are many storage options, i suggest you look up LET, it's my source for hosting options there. If not, go for the mainstream ovh, contabo, hetzner etc if u dont mind paying with cc or kyc, cos theyre cheapest.

DMCA wise, most i read is as long as you check email and delete content then you're good. Most DMCA-ignored providers i think aiming for free speech, but check their TOS, if adult content is allowed then, it applies. Too many providers claimed to be DMCA-free on BHW, so email them if adult allowed. Tips: Look for high or unlimited bandwidth, use it as proxy. For domain, i filter 1 star review about copyright content not being removed on trustpilot or otherwise banning users for having dmca content. I see you are quite active in this regard, keep doing it, learn, ask, and you'll come along

I checked LET but couldn’t find anything cheaper than a CDN offering 1TB for $5. There was one provider there, iHoster, but he seems like a basement supplier with a poor connection.

Also, credit card (CC) or KYC requirements are a problem, so those options are out too.

Hetzner doesn’t allow adult content; if they find it, they’ll kick you out. InterServer is another option, but it's based in the US, and I’ve heard it’s slow.

Vicetemple also uses wordpress so same logic. You'll find bigger sites use KVS and smaller sites use wp-script, so it's you to decide if u wanna be former or latter. I didnt include wp-script cos i don't like them as they're not designed for such use case lol, i might have seen some sites that are quite fast with it but maybe less traffic. That said, KVS for me is kinda last resort cos the layout doesn't really suit my niche and the premium template costs too much. I want something like ukdevilz but it seems like they use a custom script.

While you're at those sites, copy their domain and paste in whois, check their registrar. This way you learn what script these already online sites use and domain they choose, more reliable than asking here. Pay attention to sites that host OF content or publish full videos.
