I think the most underrated method is to check your local escort sites. This way you'll usually find their phone numbers attached and you can contact them on whatsapp/telegram or even call them and propose this.
Instagram/TikTok are a waste of time from my pov, your message will end up unread like the ones from all those SIMPs writing "Hello, beautiful".
My 2 cents - focus on places where you can get their direct contact info (phone, email) instead of randomly sending messages on social media (let alone how hard is to find a girl which will even respond to a message, you'll have to look at accounts with a low number of followers usually).
