Reddit is a good platform to promote your product. But you should be careful how you do it else both your account and your link could be blocked.

Twitter is another platform but requires a lot of work, you have to build a brand on Twitter to get people interested. Any other platform or forum(be it FB group) where your target users are present, you could jump in there to share your product.

Unless you're very good at creating converting ads, don't waste your money on it.
