Im a pretty new agency owner, started this year. I currently have one model and im struggling to drive traffic. Looking to chat with other guys who are doing OFM.

chatting > traffic. if you have some subs build a relationship, grow them into decent-paying members/whales. and spend 20% of your time figuring out how to drive traffic.
ideally, it should come organically from model posting reels/shorts. and you have to copy that content to multiple accounts after some tweaks (changing the content, removing metadata, etc.).

I agree on that, chatting is where most of the money are, but you cant really 'play' with chatting if you dont have some decent traffic.
About the traffic, I used to do threads when it blew up in the beginning of this year, it worked for a bit of time but eventually I started to see little success with it, everytime I was getting my accs shadowbanned. Next I went to Reddit and just reacently on X, still trying to figure out both. I am thinking of doing something blackhat with X, either mother/slave or just a bunch of accs that grow organically and also interact between them. Atm im looking more into details about how I am supposed to set up those accs (antidetect, proxies).

If your model actually creates short form content then run Mother Slave on TikTok and IG posting videos. Just make sure she’s creating high quality short form content.

Removing metadata won’t do anything these days on most platforms. Also unless you drastically change the content to the point where it looks horrible, then it won’t be considered “unique”

she is from Argetina, you probably know the content quality most models provide... What strategy are you talking about? Slave accs just doing interactions with potential subs (likes, comments) or you have all those slave accs also posting reels. I was interested in this at some point, I wanted to create reels using AI but automating all those slave accs interactions was out of my buget.

For example: She films 15 minute yoga video in tight yoga shorts with sexual poses. You then cut this 15 minute video into 5 second video clips. You now have 180 unique videos ready to go. She films 1-4 hours per week.

I was running this previously with 300+ accounts. It’s the fastest and most consistent way to scale. If your model and content are high quality + good chatting. You can easily do $50k + months with this. Yes you can use Ai but make sure there’s some pictures/videos of her pinned on the account. Could even face swap her onto Ai generated video.

Physical iPhones, screen mirror system to manage iPhone on PC. Each iPhone running 3-5 insta account + 5 tiktoks. Can add X/Threads/YTshorts if you want. I have custom software+hardware.

You will need to use Androids if you want a screen mirror + use on PC software. Something like Airdroid. Same process on Android but you can also use app cloner which is a bonus.

Yes that would work, comment baiting is good to grow new accounts on X. Beyond that just consistent posting 3-5 times a day.
