Let's say there are 3 dice, one is mine, and 2 are the houses. They are all 10 sided dice...?

If all 3 dice are rolled, what is the chance that my dice will have a number between what the other 2 dice rolled. If my number is the same as either of the other 2 it would be a loss. I.e. My dice rolls 5 , 1 of the others is 1 and the other is 10 would be a win.

I hate these kind of problems. They have no practical use. They call it problem solving skills - I call it bull shit.

In the end - it is all about how much money you can make and not how smart you are.....If you make money and cannot solve stupid problems like this, you are far better off than one who can solve this crap and spent thousands on education.

draw a probability tree you'll find out easily:p

Ramsweb, you're right, who the hell cares because you can't roll a pentagonal die!
