Quick stats for today:
As expected, income and views fluctuate daily, but overall things are staying fairly stable at a decent level. This is normal – YouTube traffic is rarely 100% linear, especially in the early stages.


Yesterday I uploaded a new video on my second channel.
It didn’t get many views (yet), but that’s to be expected – it’s still a brand-new channel with only two videos.


Interestingly, it’s still my first video on that channel that’s bringing in most of the views – though not huge numbers.
Again, pretty standard for a new project.


My focus right now is to improve video quality and thumbnails with every new upload. The better the packaging, the better the CTR and long-term traction.

What’s next?​

• Today I’ll be uploading:
  • A third video on the second channel
  • A new video on the main monetized channel
• I’m also considering registering a third channel, and uploading similar content with slight variations.
  This will allow me to split-test and see which one gains traction faster – then I can double down on the winning one.

This testing mindset is key. What works on one channel might not work on another, even if the content is nearly the same.

How did you find your mentor?

Found in Telegram. It was few years ago.
I was stupid not to try things on YT.
I would have been made like 10k by this time.

Guys you ask for TG group but you cant do there anything anyway.
Its not in english, and its paid members only.
There is no need for private chat.
You can find anything for free on YT.
Trust me.

All you need is non spammy niche and start working.
Analyze competitors, "loan" their thumbs, video style, descriptions and just post videos.
Of course never copy paste but rewrite and add your own twists.
NEVER COPY PASTE OTHERS CONTENT!

Its not my channel, its from a mentors brother. Obviously its most probably 1 time 5k.
The rest of the months will be at 2000-3000$
But its still awesome.
My current goal is 1000€ a month.

I need money to solve some things and can invest into my hobbies.

Today brought in a nice surprise: +€50 in revenue.
Traffic is still fluctuating, which seems to be affecting a lot of creators right now. Some say it might be due to YouTube’s recent algorithm changes, but that’s just a theory floating around.
Subscriber count is increasing, soon will have 4k subs.

On my second channel, the first video is still carrying the weight.
Nothing major needs changing strategy-wise – I’ll just keep optimizing and pushing forward.


Yesterday I created better thumbnails, inspired by a competitor’s style.
I simply studied what works in the niche and copied the overall layout. There's still room to improve, and I’ll keep refining them with every upload.

Next steps:​

• I’m planning to register a new YouTube account (Channel C)
• I’ll start uploading the same content as Channel B, with slight edits (text changes, tweaks, re-rendering, etc.)

This way I can test which one takes off faster. A strong early push from a new channel would be a big motivational boost.


Truth is, even my main monetized channel only started gaining traction from the 5th video (if I remember right).
So it’s normal – not everything will take off instantly.
A lot depends on:

• YouTube randomness
• Upload timing
• Audience behavior
• Whether the video gets picked up by the algo early or later

That’s just how the game works.

I’d love to see one more channel blow up and hit monetization within 2 weeks.
That kind of result would boost my motivation even more.


My current goal is to hit €1,500–2,000/month consistently.
I’m also considering launching a US-focused channel, but haven’t found the right niche yet.
Not really into Shorts, but I haven’t fully ruled it out either.


For now, it’s simple:
Make money. Money. Money.

Well in general:
dont try to work on huge / saturated niches.
Try to find subniches of big niches and analyze the competition.
Find ideas to make videos about and try them.

Thats how I do. Im not working with spammed / huge niches where there are thousands of channels and million sub channels.
I dont do this.
I have goal to make 2000-3000€ and I can do this with just 2000 subs, because I choose easier niches and countries.

Just followed strategy.
But it doesnt mean it will always work.

But I have some plans.
To automate video creation, thumbnail creation etc..
Just uploading will be made manually.

But Im not sure which niche i choose for it.
I have to first monetize channel, then work on automation.

Automation is needed to scale the income, nothing else.
Monetizing should be done before theoretically.

But again, automation releases you from "bad days" like when your channel got deleted, gets no views, didnt get monetization etc..
You have like 10 channels, you loose 1? so what. You make 1 new but at the same time 5 out of 10 makes you good money.

and so on.. Running 10 channels with some good editing manually is literally impossible.
Thats the heading im trying to make. But its not quick process

Update #5 – Income Holding, New Niches Found & Strategic Shifts


The main update today is: income is holding steady (around 50€) .
I really hope it stays at this level or better — it’s encouraging to see some stability.


I’m planning to batch a few videos in advance today, so I can take some evenings off and free up time after work.
Also planning to register a few new channels, but with a slightly different approach this time.
Im also gonna try other antidetect browser instead of Dolphin, because Dolphin leaks data. Its sucks.

Why?
Because having too many channels under the same IP can start triggering traffic limitations from YouTube. So I’ll be handling things more carefully moving forward.

Over the past couple of days, I discovered a few new, easy-to-produce niches.
They follow the same simple format I’m already using, which makes them ideal to scale. The only issue? I have too many ideas and too little time — and I’d also like to leave some time for other hobbies.

Regarding that second channel I mentioned earlier — it’s pretty much stuck at zero. No growth, no traffic.
So I’m thinking of pausing it for now and letting it sit.
From experience, I’ve had channels that “woke up” weeks later and suddenly started getting views and subs after a break.


Right now, I’d rather put energy into a new channel — one that shows signs of life right away (either same day or next morning). That’s the kind of project I’m motivated to keep growing.


The current ones feel like they’re just slowly dragging along, and to be honest, I don’t have a lot of faith in them at this point.

Update #6 – Traffic Rebounding, $1K in Sight & Thumbnail Upgrades


Time for another update — I figured there’s no point posting every single day, so here’s what’s been happening lately.

First, i received my Adsense PIN.
Took me 2 weeks to get it.
Im happy to receive stuff from Google. Feels good.


And channel stats:



I made some tweaks to my videos and thumbnails, and it seems to have helped bring traffic back to the channel. Numbers are climbing again, which is great.
There’s even a chance to hit $1,000 this month (around €850), but we’ll see how it plays out.

One thing I’ve realized is that I really need to level up my thumbnail skills.
I’m currently doing everything in Canva, but it feels too limited for what I want to do next. In the beginning, it was enough — but I’m already hitting its limits.
I’d love to make more eye-catching thumbnails, but Canva just doesn’t cut it anymore. I’ll have to start learning Photoshop seriously to push my CTR higher.

On my other channels, there’s also some progress. At least YouTube is showing signs of recommending my videos to viewers, though results vary from channel to channel. Some perform better, some less so.


I’ve come up with a couple of new video ideas, one of which is a specific niche I want to test further. There’s definitely potential there:

• One video already pulled over 250 views
• Another only got 5 views, but metrics are still promising — four out of five viewers watched nearly the full video

Since the channel is still very new (only 2 videos so far), I’ll just keep producing more content and focus on improving the thumbnails to get more clicks. That alone could make a big difference.

This new niche is actually quite simple and could realistically pull in $1,000–$1,500/month if done well.
The videos will need a bit more polish, but the overall process is basically the same as I’m doing now.


Plus, I’m personally interested in this new niche, which makes it easier and more enjoyable to produce content for it.

The current channel that’s made around $985 is in a niche I don’t personally care for, but I keep running it because it brings in money and people keep watching.
It is somewhat related to the new niche I’m planning, but the category itself just doesn’t excite me.


That said, I’ll keep grinding, since the channel is approaching 4,600 subscribers.
Interestingly, YouTube shows that most of my viewers aren’t subscribed — but honestly, that doesn’t matter. As long as they watch the ads, I get paid. No complaints.

• Make a new video for the first and second channel
• Possibly rework some thumbnails there too

In the end, it really doesn’t matter to me which new channel takes off — as long as something does, and it starts earning the same amount, I’m happy.


That’s the mission: keep building, keep testing, keep earning.

It leaks IP, system info etc. It should not leak any data because its Anti-detect but it does leak. I have mates who work with this every day and told me. Dolphin is a garbage.
There are better ones
Well guys who work on YT for years noticed that if you get too many channels on your IP then YT will split traffic.
Because traffic is limited. Everybody wants to earn and get views.
And really they noticed that running some channels from antidetect works better.

Well you can still use it.
I cant confirm it 100%
You should test yourself.
