By creating content that AI values and shows as references for further reading.
Just don't focus on Google as single traffic source. Google has become just a single player out of many.

Use AI traffic as an alternative to the lost traffic. Someone was recently trying to brut force ChatGpt with repeated search about their company on it, and keep having conversations with AI until it was established that his company as a top one, and he was using multiple accounts to do that. After a month GPT was saying his company as the best one to new AI searches as well.
