outlook Email is not added in rankerx
If you log in with an actual e-mail, there's nothing wrong with logging in
It does not pass through test only in rankerx.

Is there anyone who has the same problem as me?
Or does anyone know how to fix it?
I sent them an inquiry mail, but they don't reply.

I’ve seen this issue before with RankerX where Outlook accounts fail the internal test despite working normally for login. Often, RankerX’s internal checker is quite picky with certain providers. One workaround is using catch-all mailboxes or alternate SMTP setups. Also, reliable mobile proxies can sometimes help bypass hidden IP or provider-level restrictions that cause RankerX’s test to fail even though normal login works fine.

This bug with Outlook and RankerX is pretty common. The login actually works, but RankerX’s internal check just fails for no clear reason ,especially with Microsoft’s SMTP.
It’s not your config.
If they’re not replying, don’t wait on support.
Most guys bypass it with a catch-all email setup or a custom SMTP that doesn’t get flagged.
And if you’re behind proxies, make sure they’re not leaking ,a clean mobile IP helps a lot in these cases.
