Can someone explain FB agency accounts?

Is it like normal fb ads account with balance in it? or card linked? or how does it work?
If i take some agency accounts, can I able to spend without any hassle?

and These accounts mean, if I am spending 1k$ , i only have to pay 7-9% depends on the seller and spending right?

are you running the fb ads on a service or ecommerce base business? you can do fb ads with a budget and then specify how you want fb to manage the funds you added, if you are not clear enough i can explain more

usually its a farmed account that is linked to a new credit card thats already attached to the account. u can start spending immediately, but you cant use ads that are too aggressive that will trigger the rejections. usually these accounts are prepaid and you pay the credit together with the 9% fee. eventually they will still get banned and you will need to get a new account

Think of them like a reseller of ad credit. The agency has a master account with higher spending power, and you piggyback on it. You pay them upfront or after, depending on the deal. You get smoother billing, fewer random bans, but pay their commission.
