Using Raspberry pi and so on? I see 2 old tuts but they point to resources that do not exist anymore

Yeah most of the old guides are outdated or the links are dead, but the method still works fine.
Grab a Raspberry Pi, plug in a 4G dongle like Huawei or ZTE, throw in a SIM card, and run a simple proxy like 3proxy.
You can rotate IPs with AT commands or a small script to reset the modem.
The main difference now is carriers are more sensitive, so you gotta keep rotation clean and not too aggressive.
It also helps to isolate each modem on its own setup for better stability.
