Need help with my agency

I just started a new marketing agency and content creation, creating videos for marketing purposes for other businesses. Now that i'm doing outreach for 3 days it seems i cant get leads, people are not even responding to the messages neither read them.I'm here on BH forum to see if anyone has any other ways to do outreach and get clients for this kind of agency. I have a LinkedIN account and i dont know how I can get clients. How I do outsource is by DMing brands on instagram that have posted under the newbrand hashtag. Any advice on how I can get a lead in the following days?

so it could be better to contact local shops? I didn't do that earlier, because I thought that local shops have real customers (that need physical services) like vet shops, bakeries, gyms. You made me want to try the loom video outreach, but is there any free ai tool that can create me one video for Loom purpose or I can like make a very simple one in Canva explaining what my agency can do? Would that be good or too junky?

What type of videos do you post? Simple ones? Do you create them or you just download them anywhere from the Internet? You send them messages directly if they are interested in your agency's services or you just let the conversation flow and then you mention that you have one? I'm new to all this so that's why so many questions

Totally get that , I had the same hesitation at first. Thought local shops wouldn’t care since they deal with walk-in customers. But funny thing is, most of them want to look modern online , they just don’t know where to start or who to trust.Even a basic Loom video pointing out how they can turn IG stories into customer bookings or how outdated their Google listing looks , that alone gets replies.You don’t need anything fancy. I used Canva for my first outreach videos: 2–3 slides, quick voiceover, and that was enough to land my first gym client. It’s not junky if it speaks directly to their business. You can upgrade later , what matters is showing you actually looked at their page.I say go for it. Hit up a few local businesses this week, even just as a test. You be surprised who replies.

Thank you! That makes my mind escape a little bit that this method is not going to work. I thought that this method, wouldn't work out because it's saturated, but who knows if they dont test it? However, would you be willing to talk in personal messages or even in Telegram if you are okay with it? I have some questions about it.

For years, I think they have been sending a scam email called "We will send millions to your bank account" from African countries. And there are probably people who fall into their traps. You are trying to make sales and your customer capture rate will be much higher. But my advice to you is to go on Google Ads with small budgets. Invest your sales in ads.

With your answer I guess that you don't start a marketing agency but you just try to start. If you cannot advertise your own Service how you think can advertise others ?
My personal opinion is to start learning. After you learn how to then you will be able to outreach properly.

create content on linkedIn and youtube. speak to your target audience.

Work on your own content 1st to make it convert. Position yourself as an expert, build contacts, follow others, write comments ... basic social media work. You won't get any leads with an empty profile, no relevant connections and by just sending direct messages.

Instagram DMs for #newbrand are basically a graveyard for bot-spam right now, so you’ll get much better results if you pivot to LinkedIn and send 30-second personalized video audits that actually show prospects exactly how you'd improve their current content instead of just asking for a meeting.
