I don't think you should start directly with packages, better to use only quality links in the beginning, like guest posts, PBNs, niche edits, editorial links, etc...

Of course, this means that you either need to spend a lot of money to get those links or / and to do manual outreach to relevant sites. But your efforts will pay off you take the safe approach instead of blasting the site with 1000s of low quality links with generic anchors. Just my 2 cents...

I advise you start with profile backlinks - you'll get a mix of links from social media, web 2, bookmarks etc, and don't force index, just allow the links settle.

You can then try Press Release.

From there, move to contextual web 2.0 links.

Guest post and Niche edits.

I won't try PBN in the first year of a website, that's my opinion by the way.
