tt is weird. they banned my first or second account when i added a phone number to it. appealed once and nothing happened.

i already do these but they don't have a good solution channels.
my tiktok didn't do illegal things i didn't send any messages or try to get followers but they suspended my account.

that could help. unfortunately tiktok isn't known for a good support team so you won't have an easy time getting your account back

Try contacting them via the in-app “Report a Problem” (from a different account)
Mention your purchase history + UID sometimes helps if they see real spend
