Yup... you can sell your domains as a new member, but you must upgrade your account, which requires you to be a member for 60 days and have a post count of 100

Then you can submit your BST.

Thanks for the info thats sad that i must wait 60 days. But ok I will upgrade my account in 60 days. The 100 posts requirement seems tricky

The point is to understand how things work around here a bit before you start trading.

100 post count is to make sure you make valuable contributions... don't try to spam up your post count as that may land you a warning

yes but its quite expensive so i'll just wait 60 days to get the vip status so I can open a promotion thread in the marketplace. i purchased premium yesterday
