I provided imcool with a sample url to review his blog commenting service. Soon afterwords, he sent a complete report with the page and pr of the blog comment. I checked the comments and they were relevant to the blog post (ie, not spammy) and the pr of the page was either a pr 3, 4 or 5.

Yes they are ****************. Most of the blogs have less outgoing comments and only a few have more outgoing comments.
