Most of the time, tools like Pika and Runway are better for short clips or scene-by-scene stuff. For longer videos, people usually piece together multiple shorter segments and then edit them manually to keep the flow natural. The AI is getting better, but yeah, long-form still needs a human touch to really work well.

There are AI tools that can make such videos but while researching I saw that some of these AI tools aren't totally AI. It mentioned that they are using images from the internet, not even stock images that they have full rights to. So if you are planning something similar, best to be totally sure about the content source.

From the voice and the AI effect, it seems like I have went through such a tool, just can't recall the name. But I have surely skipped that tool because of their use of internet images other than stock images.

Damm sure its an AI and its easily catchable that AI has been used in this video
