Suggest Mask URL(to short)

I saw one guy was using Google as shortners, it was quite a big Google link which redirect to his site, if someone knows it please lmk.

Also wanna know about how to fix the redirect, if I use my link once to do Email Sends, after a while I can't use the same link and even shortners are not helping at this point, if you have some suggestions please leave it here.

Explaind to me where do you see them hitting spam. Are you talking about email? social media? I don't think shortener has anything to do with that.
