I'm sitting on thousands of US homeowner leads with emails, phone numbers, postcodes, names, and other data.

What is the most real way to extract money from it in 2025?

Sell an ebook and course on your website how to get home owner leads .com, where people can buy either 10k list for $99.99 or whatever, and the book on how to do it yourself for $19.99. A free taster ebook and 500 free leads if your site is shared on socials, and they post you a link.

Not sure this is my way, sicne that list is just a side effect from a leadgen business Im no longer running.

I was thinking about some kind of affiliate marketing via email. But how to send that many emails (tens of thousands a month)? I mean, are there any tools/softwares or maybe some grey hat techniques for sending emails to a list of, let's say 40k users few times a month and not being suspended by the software provider?

Wow that's a goldmine! Okay so like straight up making money from that data in 2025? I'd say targeted ads are still gonna be huge. Think personalized emails showing them relevant offers like home insurance or refinancing stuff. But gotta be super careful about privacy laws you know? Another idea maybe partner with local businesses. They'd kill for that info. You could set up deals where they pay you a cut for every lead they convert. Just make sure everything's above board. No shady stuff. Good luck making that sweet cash!

Thanks for the suggestions!

Insurance or homeowners related eCom offers was the first thing i thought about.

But how to do that technically? I'm a mediabuying guy originally, not an email guy.

Which tech setup to send that much emails would work for me?

I don't know anything about spamming, other than legally in some places, your not meant to be emailing people, UNLESS they opted in to your list in the first place. Also google and others brought in measures to ensure this is no longer really possible. You have to really send emails by legit providers, otherwise your just asking to be scammed from someone stealing your leads, and money that "allows spamming everyone" and never delivering anything but fake stats.

The reason I suggested what I suggested is cause its the cheapest, easiest, and most cost effective solution, compared to trying to email a bunch of cold leads, with the hope of them all suddenly clicking on your link, and buying your products (that you probably don't even have in the first place) but I notice on bhw people don't care for the easist bang for the buck. They just want to spend years of their life in many cases chasing fools gold with things like free leads, that are so useless, since everyone and their granny can scrape, and everyone else is selling leads on fiverr for peanuts.

Upto you though. I have a mailing list to, but I would rather have the just over hundred subs I got from all participating in my site signup and launch, and then emailing them to come checkout the site, now its ready. I'd rather have 100 birds in the hand, instead of thousands in the bush, as the old saying goes, lol

Hm... Yeah, I totally agree with you that just spamming people with random offers won't work. I was thinking of launching some kind of website/blog etc. in a homeowners niche (let's say gardening) and make interested people subscribe.

But still, I need to somehow send the welcome email to that 40k list to get those 100 who might be interested to subscribe.

thats a great list tbh. is there any intent behind those leads? Like were they interested in solar, roofing, insurance etc etc or is it just general data? Accordingly we can monetize, but there are other general ways to monetize them too. How big is the list btw?

Yep, it was a list built from a solar leadgen business.

The size is around 40k, but I need to double-check to tell the exact number.

well this is great, how old is this list? I mean how long ago they showed interest?

StartUP! If you can generate meetings for my Saas, we could have a chat. I have Linkbuilding services for iGaminga and a Saas which is comparing prices from different providers

Your best bet is to create a website and drive traffic through leads. The website could be a niche site, an affiliate site, a review site, etc. Your first 4-5 mails matter a lot to avoid them unsubscribe from the list. So, you should pick the niche and offers that offer value to most people on the list.
