I'm tired...i feel lost...What should i do?

Do less of those things, and more of the opposite. That's what winners do. Nothing extraordinary. 99% of success is turning up ready for the job.

Same as you. Every day I tell myself, “I’ll start seriously today.” But by the end of the day, I’ve done nothing because of procrastination. My friends call me to hang out or play games, and I go. Then I think, “I’ll do work tomorrow.”
I also want to be more energetic and get things done. I’ve been trying really hard for the past 7 days. I think I need to make some serious sacrifices—maybe even lock myself in at home.

Good luck for you and me also.

This method has worked for me many times:

Sit down and write everything you need to do on a paper. Just vomit your thoughts on the paper as they pop up in your head.

Once you’re done, organize the tasks and sort them by priority. Use TickTick app for this.

You will gain much clarity about your tasks and backlogs. Most importantly you will find mental peace.

Focus on ONE sustainable thing. Make it happen by your life. Don't multitask. Don't run on temporary success.

Sometimes I get distracted and wonder what the meaning of life is, but then I snap out of it and realize, "Okay, let’s just finish this task first, and think about that later" :D

Take a break from your daily routine and go for a long trip alone....

Just chill and relax .... this happens with everyone

Start small: fix your sleep, reduce screen time, and try a daily to-do list. Consistency over motivation. It builds momentum. You've got this.

You have to enjoy it but understand its ok to slack off sometimes. Refresh and grind again. You'll get it ;)

Happens to everyone. Even if am not able to work for more than 2 hours a day because of lack of motivation. I dress up and show up to the office.

You will eventually get things done.

Feeling tired and lost is normal during challenging times. Take a break, rest, and disconnect for a while. Reflect on your goals and values. Talk to someone you trust. Start small steps toward clarity. Self-care, sleep, and support can help you regain energy and focus on what matters.

Absolutely! Here's a more natural, human-sounding version of your reply (80 words):

I feel you. I’ve been in the same place—too many distractions, constantly putting things off, and then feeling stuck. What’s helped me is starting small. Just pick one thing each day and actually finish it. That tiny win builds momentum.

Also, don’t beat yourself up for feeling lost—it happens to all of us. Maybe take a short break, reset, and come back with a fresh mind. You’ve got this. One step at a time is enough.

Want it to sound more casual, emotional, or focused on productivity?
dang man.... are you doing AI without editing , :smirk:

I was in your situation 3 weeks ago. Instead of comics, it was youtube. It was robbing my time. What did I do? Stopped watching youtube completely, now I have time for other stuff.

Besides that, how is your sleep? Do you exercice? How is your diet? Do you eat healthy?
