Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of the service provided I do not provide refunds however, I do provide replacements if and only if the client faces any issues while logging in to the account. If a customer faces account termination due to negligence on their end (as stated in section 2 of Note) no replacement will be provided.

NOTE:
1. For Semrush Accounts with a trial period greater than 14, you will be replenished with new account credentials every 14 days to your BHW inbox automatically.

2. You will be provided with a detailed guideline on the measures you have to take before logging into your account without risking an account ban which includes:
a. Changing your IP address
b. Deleting any prior login cookies for Semrush from the browser you're gonna access the new Semrush account from/ Using a multi-login browser with different user agents and cookie profiles
c. Not tampering with the billing details or login credentials (including password)

Failing to follow any of the above criteria will very likely get your account suspended by Semrush and you won't be given a replacement account/refund from my end.
