Few days ago I was looking for a new car as I'm now at a good point of my life and making enough money, found a 80k car and got approved for it but decided to not buy it

A lot of people can buy an expensive nowadays this car is 160x times min. wage in my country and still not a flex, u know what's the real flex? Being on sandals on a monday in a hotel in the middle of nowhere having a bowl of fruit and eggs at the morning.

Some of you are entering this stage same as how I am, don't fall for those expensive toys go and be free.

Agreed! If you want expensive toys and have excessive money, go for it, but I much prefer having some extra capital to live it up in other ways.

I prefer a car that’s paid for. But to each their own. You can do what you want to with your money. I don’t walk around in a constant state of fear for someone I don’t know “flexing” on me.

Even if I had $1B, I wouldn't spend money in luxury and expensive cars, unless you are a car enthusiast since childhood, most people doing that are just trying to pose as successful people and receive attention, lack of self-esteem

expensive toys are fun too, everyone finds happiness in different ways.

But the 'real' flex would be to buy the toys that make you happy and also being free to do nothing on Monday in sandals at the same time.
