PeerFly is a network that I can certainly vouch for. They've only paid me late a single time within 6 months. That time was fully out of their control with the IRS locking the funds of all accounts that used a 3rd party that they use to mail out checks, which caused them to need to move some funds around to accommodate. The reason for the IRS looking into that 3rd party was just tax related.

The people there that I worked with are cool, but some of their policies are anal.

If you already have good targeted traffic, then go for it, but if you are testing phase, I would def. go with another network to test offers out.... just my personal experience.

I would also suggest peerfly. They have WAY more offers than many other cpa networks, a lot of which convert very easily. Their email submits pay pretty nicely too. ^^

I use Peerfly and probably won't change. They have greattt support and I've always got paid on time. And the guys that work there are really cool

Peerfly is great, best support out there. They really try their best to help their publishers. I've had a lot of feedback from them. They also always pay in time, never had any problems.

They are the first non-gateway cpa network who has early payments. Hopefully other cpa networks will go that route as well and it will become a industry standard.
