Hello guys, I am new here, but I have been reading a lot, I am still a noob but I want to open my own CPA network. I am not sure If you are supposed to mentioned names here, but I want to be networks like Sparkleads and AdcendMedia etc.. I want to offer both Incent and non Incent offers. Please mods/admins move this to the right forum if I posted in the wrong section.

I am looking for a simple friendly script that has support/ tracking and everything needed to run a CPA network.

Please someone help me

I need to know how much money it will take to be successful and also what does it take to get offers from the advertisers?

I'm on vacation right now, but I am planning on doing ton's of reading. I think this forum is filled with tons of great information.

This is a big project that I want to start. I am not planning on starting something quickly... I want to learn everything I can before I spend a lot of money into this.

Thank you guys so much.

A.M

i doubt but am not sure, that a script good enough to do what you want exists. Most likely need to get it created at a freelancer site. Which could run a couple thousand or so.

A tip for freelancer sites though, negotiate, talk them down. I've more than once cut the final bid down 50 to 100 percent. :p

Thank you for the reply man. I think ShiftCode has a script for something like this but I'm not sure.

Anyways.. that is just a script? what about getting offers?

what is required? how can I convince the advertisers that I can give them what they are looking for?

Will one person be able to run a CPA network successfully?

Thank you

hasoffers.com

check it out
yup.. beat me to the punch!.. thats where you need to start out with. They offer free accounts so u can get started tonight and play around. There are seveal networks that allow you to piggyback on them so you can run their offers as your own. gL

direct track is another possibility as well.

Aren't there companies that manage affiliate programs for people? I seem to remember seeing that somewhere around here. A relationship like re-selling hosting or like the online email campaign managers.

What are you talking about?

Seriously, dude, if you haven't even considered "start up capital" then you are really in no position to be setting up any business, let alone a CPA network...

Not just the initial capital investment but also the infrastructure and management would (I would think) be overwhelming for just one person to run.

Relax guys

I read the capital part wrong, I thought it said capitol and I was like what the ...

Anyways I have about 20k right now.. I am trying to save more.

We are about 3 people right now.

I think we should be enough..

what do you guys think?

what are all the things I need to know?

Thank you guys so much

Money will not be an issue for me, my biggest fear or problem is getting advertisers or making deals with them to give you offers?

How does this process work?

You need to get to the TOP of the food chain, and they only talk to real people, with real traffic.

I know who supplies most of the cpa companies used here, and they are good guys, but again, you need tohave something solid to get your foot in the door.

*sigh* *sigh* *sigh*

you need at least a five figures to run a successful network not forgetting business cost, affiliate/tracking platform cost, transactions cost etc... and most importantly keeping a positive float and please don't ask me what is a float. *bang head*.

For start you can use commercial script like this:
- Affiliate Network Pro
- Post Affiliate Network

I checked their demo and they have complete solution for cheap price, i think it's more than enough for start. You must pay monthly for hasoffers so it's better to buy 1 time ready script.

I have credit report offer if you have your network established. Just hit me up. White hat only, no black hat.

Hope this helps.

Without start-up capital you will not have the cash (or assets) to invest in the much needed assets that are required to run a CPA network or any business.

Even after buying the needed assets, you will need more cash reserve to mantain cash liquidity in order to run day-to-day operations, and subsequentley day-to-day expenses.

Infact I would bet a CPA network would have to have large capital, mostly cash reserve at start-up (in terms of starting a small business) to pay for things like CPA software platform, advertising, promotions, SEO work, technical, advertiser and affiliate support help, computers etc. The list goes on and on. I would think starting a CPA company would be at minimum $25,000 start-up, but should probably be started with atleast $100,000-150,000 capital to maintain cash liquidity, cost of assets and expenses.

HasOffers has been mentioned a couple of times and from a ease of use, features etc they are the way to go.

Plus they have a marketplace where networks can trade their offers between each other and you can instantly expand the number of offers available to your affs.

Excellent converting offers plus a handful of committed affs is going to be more important than just setting up your network though.
