I have used Adsterra. their "Adult" traffic have better CPM, like about $1 to $1.5 even for tier-1 countries.
but for "mainstream" traffic, the CPM for pop/direct is $0.009 and for banner is $0.003

So to get your $100 you'll have to wait for 5-6 years. lol if you have mainstream/general blog like tech, pets, photography, recipe, movies, etc.

but if you are into gaming, casino, betting, dating, etc. you can expect $2 or above if you are lucky!
