So the linked account to your website had been closed, which means google already put a tag or flag on the website

It's not like you want to start to approve fresh website with clean history.

Same issue here, I get a rejection in 24 hours without no info about the policy violation.
my website is clean (no download or copyright stuff) just a tech blog that's been running for 4 years with adsense suddently closed.
I think websites linked to closed accounts are black-listed. I'm trying to find a way around this.
