Can someone guide me in the right direction? I've been studying CPa, now I am on CPAGrip.

I start to gather emails from different country and niche, I have gathered around 300+ emails right now.

Now how can I monetize those email using CPA? Currently I am not touching it.

My other thing I do in CPA is via SmartLink where I mask it, and spread it in Telegram (900+ groups).
Telling them that we are hiring Virtual Assistance, they need to fill out something but at the end it directs to CPA SmartLink.

Since your emails come from different countries and niches, segment them based on demographics, interests, and past interactions. Generic CPA offers won’t convert as well as targeted ones.

You're definitely on the right track. CPAGrip and SmartLinks are a good starting point, and it’s clear you’re putting in the work.
About those emails don’t just let them sit there like forgotten leftovers in the fridge. Set up a simple autoresponder, send them stuff that actually fits their interests, and then naturally drop your CPA links in. Make it feel like a real conversation, not some spammy “click this now” message written in a dark room with bad Wi-Fi.
That Telegram “we’re hiring” angle? Yeah, it works... for now. But tricks like that fade fast, so keep switching it up before it goes stale. CPA is all about testing, failing, tweaking, and repeating.
And email? Still underrated. Treat it right, and it can quietly make you more money than all your noisy Telegram groups combined.

I don’t think 300 emails are enough, my guess is that we need at least 10k emails for us to be able to measure the actual impact after running email campaigns on it.
Bigger the data, better and more targeted the insights.

Gather more e-mails, 300 is not enough.

I already tried that with Brevo. I’ve sent up to 1,500 emails—no conversions.

Don’t expect any conversions. The best traffic sources are YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram.

you will probably definitely need more data. However with what you have you're definitely going to want to think with it, match the offer to the data source. example, if the data source is from a car's website or something like that, match them to an offer that is related to cars.
