How can I dld a video from a website like ...

FIFA.com or NFL.com ? I'm tired of installing and uninstalling firefox plugins that say they can do that but instead you can only dld videos from youtube or other video sharing sites .
Can someone help me find a solution please ?

When DownloadHelper does not work, I use a combination of URL Snooper:

And HiDownload:

Finding the stream is the trick, but has always worked for me.
