My telegram ads keep getting declined, even though I don't have any banned words, my link is clean
Any hints or tips?

Your Telegram ads get declined because they likely violate Telegram’s ad policies. Common reasons include promoting prohibited products, misleading claims, low-quality or spammy content, or linking to suspicious landing pages. Make sure your ads follow Telegram’s rules, use clear and honest messaging, and link to trustworthy sites.

  • Don’t repeat the link more than once
  • Avoid phrases that sound too promotional (like “limited time” or “guaranteed”)
  • Try shortening the message and keeping it neutral
Sometimes just rewording it slightly does the trick. Test a few versions—you’ll find what sticks.

100% the landing is not violating cause I promote my Telegram channel. Why do they reject their own platform page?

Possible reasons for the deviation:
Channel content:
-Check for content that may violate the rules (even in old posts)
-Avoid overly aggressive calls to action
-Make sure the channel's topic does not fall under the restrictions

Ad text:
-Avoid words like "guaranteed", "fast", "easy"
-Write honestly about the channel content

Recommendations:
-Start with a small budget for testing
-Create several ad variations
-Contact Telegram Ads support for a detailed explanation

Also try to create a completely new ad with different text and images - sometimes the system can “remember” previous rejections

Try tweaking your ad copy — even without banned words, tone or phrasing can trigger rejections. Also, make sure your channel bio/content is fully compliant. A simple wording change often helps.

Sometimes Telegram flags ads even if everything looks clean- try simplifying your ad copy, and make sure your landing page follows their guidelines.

It might be auto flagged due to link, words, or low-trust score.

Telegram's ad filters can be super strict and often look beyond just banned words
Even with clean links, they might flag your ad based on the overall niche, the landing page content, or even subtle wording patterns their AI detects as potentially violating
Try simplifying your ad creatives even further and ensure your landing page is crystal clear and compliant. Sometimes, directly asking Telegram Ads support for specific reasons can help too

Hi! I had problems with TG spamming for calls-to-action like “Click now!” or superlatives like “the best” or “#1,” because these are often flagged by moderators. I wish you not to repeat my mistakes
