I think I just got ripped off by this company. I paid an invoice to restart my service but I received no proxies and it now says my account is suspended because I didn't pay an invoice on time, like this is a contract service. You pay upfront for 30 days, no further payment is required since it's not a contract service. This policy is abusive. I guess I am filing a dispute with PayPal and/or my bank for a refund
