I've made lots of jv posts with completely normal proposals, do a % of the work and get a commission for that. Absolutely ignored, all of them, a few messages from people that aren't even serious.

But then you see the lounge, full of posts "how do I make $5 day". Look, if you can't do 50% of a project, what makes you think you'll be able, in your complete and degenerate laziness, that you'll achieve 100% of a process?

I'm spoonfeeding you, giving you a part of a job, so you don't have to code or make anything else but promote and is still too much for you? are you just available for the highest paying stuff, while begging for $1 a day on the lounge? cmon, what a joke.

This is simpler than the methods you beg for, you don't have to do the project completely, just the marketing stuff and that still overwhelms and stresses you?

No wonder you ain't earning shit, you don't even want to work in a fraction of a project.

What's objectively easier:

- Making an account on social media, or any platform, and promoting something?
- Asking for a method, doing the entire product/service backend stuff from 0 and then promoting it anyways?

Not a single method, works by just creating the product/service, you have to promote it anyways, and I'm giving you the chance of skipping all of that and going to the spam social media part, which is free to do. It's like the basic affiliate program, promote a link of a landing page you didn't make and get paid, compared to make the service, make the landing page, optimize and promote anyways.

Affiliate networks usually buy paid membership here and paid listings on other sites. All I see is dude without VIP complaining that nobody wants to work for him for free. You're nothing special, shitloads of offers like these in freelance gig / job boards right now.

If your app is relevant to IM you might want to buy a thread or banners here or however that works (ask staff, not me).

People that have money to invest are not willing to invest into some cheapskate that didn't bother to even pay for his listing. This thread had me laughing mehn . No one’s really wrong... just different takes on how JV stuff works.

To be honest, a lot of JV posts come off as unpaid labor. Something they can hire someone to do.

Some of these JV offers are just off.
You could tell that most people just want to use you to test things they haven't tested to see if they work or how much work goes into it.

For instance, you mentioned

This is definitely something you can hire someone to do for you if you're confident it will work for what you're promoting. Promoting something with organic traffic usually requires a lot of work and you either do it or pay to run Ad.

Personally... I'd still choose this option over and over because I know whatever work I put into it, if it works out, I'll get the full reward for it.

I see a lot of JV posts that aren't really necessary, and posting to HAF to do the work would have been more reasonable.
