Use tools like Octoparse, PhantomBuster, or Tweepy scripts to scrape followers from X. Start small to avoid bans or rate limits and scale smartly.

Some of the tools I'm aware of are TwScraper mid-scale or Octoparse for higher volume. Can't say I can vouch for either of those because I'm a custom software purist when it comes to most things like this. Never really looked back.
