Brand account can't be add as collaborator

Does anyone encounter this problem? It's been a month and the problem is not solved yet. I tried to contact customer service and got pushed around to talk to different teams, it's frustrating. Anyone got solutions?

Facebook business support yes, that's where I've been pushed around different costumer service, twitter not yet. Can I just contact them on twitter?
