I have a long running company in the aviation sector, but starting 3 more and wanted to explore how blackhat strategies can be carried over to these to make them shine. 1 is in the residency by investment space so want to get traffic and leads, 2 a luxury car super club in Dubai (we are looking at using a tokenization model to fund the venture so rug pull strategies without the rug pull), and 3 we get lists twice a month from a bank in Dubai of repossessed property deals and want to know the best way to leverage that data.

It's acctually two separate businesses. We offer passports from Latin America primarily, although we can offer the Dubai Golden visas via our distressed property, we generally sell the data (but are looking at partnering with real estate agents to make money on the real estate side also).

I am guessing many people are already doing it. I bet there is just paperwork not even buying and selling of actual property. Just selling residency.
