Building a German Guest Post / Niche Edit Agency

Title is self explaining.

Currently I have one US link building client and a couple of free german link building clients. I realized that I already struggle to fullfill my current client and the with the new clients its almost impossible.

I hired a VA but that also didnt really worked because the system we used are just to slow / ineffective to find sites fast for our clients.

Too fix that, I just focused right now to automate systems.

So far I have automated:
1. Finding of the emails from target websites
2. Finding of the backlinks from sites that are similar to the client site
3. (Not perfect) Filtering of the found emails to pick the best one
4. Automated email sending via email software (Currently sending 1k a day)

Currently working on building a system to extract all replies and then filters are the neccessary information of sites and prices, so I don´t need to do it manually and that I then can easily do the fetting of the links.

My daily rountine right now is to wake up 4:30 Am - 6 AM, work 4 hours on the link building stuff, then from 9 AM till 6 PM work for my client, then either work out or continue working till 7PM to go sleep at 8 - 9 PM and repeat.

Goal is to just decrease the time I need to find good sites and generally I need to fullfill a client order. Dream would be to get to 1 day or even less with little time. (Don`t want to take 15 hours to just find one good link).
Once I reached that I can start getting new client.

I have some time restrain, lived most of the last 2 years in Thailand but have a visa issue for which I need to make some decent money withhin the next months. (Im sure for many its little money but never saved that much money in my life), so that once I reached that goal I can go back to Thailand.

Update
Cleaned my database, was a total mess, lot of information missing. Currently have it split into two databases, one main one and one where I add all the sites into that I find even if they are unfit. Now with having that finished it will be easier to identify if I aleardy have a vendor or contact for the site and who is cheaper. Also it prevents me from checking the same sites 10x and just wasting time on the task.


My outreach campaigns are still running and bringing in a bunch of replies, currently it´s arround 5 - 10% reply rate, more like 5% in real answers as many of them are just automated answers.




Order for my current client is almost done / fully prepared for next month, so not much else to do for next month. Which gives me some free time to do other things. Was thinking of doing some shenanigans with free parasite sites and some interesting niches, but I think I will restrain myself from doing it and focus on the ball.

Want to take a step back to think a bit ahead of what the next smartes move would be.

Build today alone 3 links in under 1 hour, so that gives a clear hint to me that the magic is in having a database with good sites that I can use, instead of needing to reach out to sites to find fitting sites.

Update

So its been a min.

Here a quick overview of the biggest changes:
- Read "Buy back your time" - Dan Martell loved it and implemented the things, everyone should read it
- Got a employee, went through like 3 to find him, over 80 ppl applied for the job.

Wanted to hire another outreacher but then realized that I actually need more clients, because I have still open capacity to build more links.

We are currently sending 1k emails a day. Reponse rate a mäh, sites that answer are mäh, out of 50 sites that answer 1 is really good, which I then usally use for building a link. I tested using content explorer to find sites that already have pages ranking for topics I target but havent worked out.



Best I found so far is:
1. Finding the biggest sites in the niche
2. Getting all there backlinks via ahrefs with the filter: Content Links, Dr 30, 1k Traffic
3. Then getting there email and reach out to them.

Got a 8% reply rate on the first email which is good. Still most sites that answer are shitty.





Getting now clients is the new focus, what I do for it is:
1. Personal network, want to get a few friends as clients or reach out to ppl that I have a contact with, already have one friend potentially in the pipeline, he said he spend last year 100k on links or so, so that would be a big win.
2. Upwork, I have now a profile for 4 years or so, never to active but a few positve reviews, if you can just send a good message to job requests that you already won, most are shit (when I hire I see all that shit), or best the quality of sites link builders want to give to u, all sell the same horse shit, one guy was good but the rest was avarage at best. But now have two leads from it, and run currently Upwork "Ads" on my profile. SEO link building is very niche so will see what happens
3. Outreach to germany agencies, already did that the beginning of the year, offered link building for free and they just pay the link but dont cant really do 6 months or so of link building for free as I need the new revenue. So will switch to helping them find links for a fee, + giving them additional help like seo audits, anchor text analayse and link estimation to give extra value on top. Will do at the start just a fee because I dont really have the best results to directly offer them full service link building.
4. Answer ppl question on FB, bhw, forums and discords, there many ppl that ask questions about there site, I put in the work and help them and maybe I can work with them. Never closed a client like this but its fun as its another way to practise seo.
5. Posting content, friend offered me to post test results on his forum, so will take the chance, maybe something happens.

Dont really have a flow of closing clients so far so need to extablish everything.

Likely will also mainly focus on outreach to drive the first sales. But not 100% sure what I will do.
