Majority of my BMs which got restricted were having a Whatsapp API account attached, some of them were not even active...It’s definitely concerning how quickly some Business Managers are being restricted, even without any ad activity. It does seem possible that Meta is tightening its automated filters, potentially flagging dormant or newly created accounts as a precaution. You’re not alone for sure.

New BM is locked before running ads. It seems that Meta is using an automatic filter on new or inactive accounts.
