I just want to address some of the questions that are flying around here about SB so, I'll make this simple so you won't get bored. [for moderate users who know how to navigate it]

1. Target your KW
Use the KW scraper to get as many related KWs as possible.

2. Proxies
Search this forum, there's a good proxy scraper, and there are a few lists around here too. Those are free and will last you a month or two. Then hit up Google for some more free proxies. Use all of the search engines, and even use the image search for a list. After that, you'll need to invest in some private ones.

3. Scraping for sites
Scrape each KW for 1000 URLs. You'll get 20-100k results depending on your market. Remove duplicate domains. You'll be left with 5-10% of the sites. If you post the same or similar comments on the same blog, and it's moderated, you risk losing a high authority backlink.

4. Commenting
Every month, take a day and write 20-50 unique comments, then spin them. Use thesaurus.com to find synonyms. Always generate new names and new emails for every blast. Only set the anchor text as your name if you have a one or two word KW that you're targeting. Everything else looks like spam. For example, "super acne cleaner solution" will not work. "Acne Fighter" will. Your domain that you're submitting should have variations. Such as example.com, www.example.com, http://example.com, www.example.com/ etc.

Depending on the size of your site, start off slow with the submissions and gradually increase the number of blasts. Such as 1k the first day, 2k the next, 3k the next, and so forth.

5. Pinging
Only ping up to half of your submitted. Some of the sites will not be indexed. You can check if they are using SB. Ping older sites too. If a site has not been updated in ages, then your link is useless. Let the rest of the links pop up naturally.

When we ping, what sites should we ping google? or some who.is etc sites?

You ping the sites that you scraped/commented on.

Using the ping feature in scrapebox yes but you must have two lists for the ping. One being the sites you have left a link on and the other being "..."

FYI - I *never* ping my comments. I prefer to let the SE's pick them up organically over time.

thank you i never really knew what sb really was, and i have a private memebership at a proxie forum so i guess now its a good time to put them to use, so in general in about 5-10 days i should see dramtic increase in traffic or just somewhat

Not sure pinging them does much unless there auto-approved blogs. It can take several days or longer for your comment to even get approved, so if you ping right after submitting your pinging nothing, no?

Is there a nub friendly guide like a guide on commenting anchor text, Backlinks with scapebox or can someone reply here how does anchor text and backlinks work? Im gonna buy this probably tommorow and wanna know how to use it

2-3 months before you see anything from Google

They don't get spidered right away, so you can still ping them after you blast the blogs.

Google is your friend.

I am curious to this domain.com/ http://domain.com www.domain.com logic? Is this just to make it look more natural or is there some other reasoning behind it that I've never heard of? I suppose as long as you make sure to format the site correctly in google webmaster tools it doesn't make a difference and would appear more natural, but if you don't set up your site in the webmaster tools then you're probably wasting your time on most of it.

As do I. No sense in speeding up the process on long term progress/income potential. I mean, we're already blackhatting the process, no sense in making it look even more unnatural even if you get away with it.

That's the second thing. Pinging only works for auto-approved so why spend the time pinging them when the majority of them won't even have the comment displayed anyways.
