GSC shows no manual penalties

I can't tell whether I have been punished, "GSC shows no problems detected", but the number of my two sites indexed by Google has started to decline in the past two days. One site originally had 30K indexes, but now it has 19K, and the other site has dropped to more than 400. What does this mean?

I haven't done anything in the past few days.

it can mean a lot of things...

1. your domains are new and google have been deindexing new sites a lot lately
2. the pages that got indexed are low quality / duplicates / orphaned (if they're orphaned you need to point quality internal links to them)
3. the content on those pages is 100% AI and / or 100% AI that provides little / no value
4. you've been publishing lots of content in a too short period of time, and google sees this as spam, so they remove it
5. you're operating in a niche that google sees as illegal / shady (warez, torrenting, movie streaming, etc) in which there is no place for white hat / little guys, so you need to go full on black hat

There is no sign that this year will continue like this. I will be unemployed soon.

What you mentioned contains almost nothing except AI content, and I have deleted all the content.

Also, have you really looked into all of the reasons that I've listed? I still think it's one of those (most likely the content quality, the new domains, or the lack of internal links, it's almost always one of these lately)

It is true that there has been a sharp decline since May 27th.

Diversify your traffic or income sources, so you won't be worried about every google moves.
Or if you must rely on google traffic, maybe diversify your google traffic by creating more sites, in more niches, creating more brands, with different style/tone/focus.

I think so too. Maybe it’s a good thing to reduce it now, so that the traffic and inclusion can be increased directly in the future, although it’s a bit far-fetched.

Under Indexing > Pages

Then select pages which are not indexed

You will get list of pages and reason for not indexing

You can fix it easily

You need to update the offpage SEO inside the website so that Gg can check your website again.
