Doesn’t seem like a shadowban issue, try searching up the @ of your account and see if it shows up - it might just be a notification settings issue.

Most likely. Have you been doing follow/unfollow all 3 days and you get the same result?
If yes, you need a new account. This one is gone.

Yes, it is showing up. Also when I like a post , the user also notified. Only follow has issue

Hard to say for sure. I doubt it's a full on shadowban though, could just be a throttle or some sort of suppression since it's a new account, particularly if you quickly follow/unfollow early on. If that's the case, it's likely to be a temporary issue. You could let the account rest and just engage organically for now, post, retweet, etc.

After creating a new account, share a post and wait 24 hours. Also, complete verifications such as profile photo, phone number, etc.

Immediately after creation or you warmed up?
Are you on pc or mobile?
Do you use vpn/proxy or sim card?

Yes, it's searchable. It can notify for post I like, but for follow, it doesnt

Since Elon took over, new accounts are now evaluated after 21 days of activity. Until then, they're automatically shadow banned by default. That's likely why you're not seeing any notifications yet.

New accounts can take some time to work properly. Just keep posting and interacting for a few more days, and things should start working normally.
