I am sure that the old people love Myspace. The young people do not know about Myspace, or if they do, they are not interested in using it. As for the old people, maybe it helps to preserve memories or hard-to-break habits.

this app doesn't hold much traffics like past, best niche promotion with the app is music plays and gallery which are more graphical representation helpful for backlinks before destruction of the app

Personally, I’ve tested Myspace links for tier 2 and 3 backlink strategies — mostly for parasite SEO, expired domains, and some local GMB listings.
In my experience, Myspace links don’t add much authority if you're targeting competitive niches or trying to build contextual tier 1 links. They're low-engagement and often get deindexed.
However, suppose you're targeting low-comp niches like giveaways, sweepstakes, or low-tier traffic arbitrage (e.g., push traffic, cheap affiliate offers). In that case, it might still help a bit with indexing or variety in link profiles.
Just make sure you're not wasting too much crawl budget on dead platforms. Focus on platforms with active content signals and real users.
