Fear & Greed Index is at 27—crypto’s down bad. Should I buy ETH and hold? Low scores often mean undervaluation; historically, it’s a decent bet if you can wait. Thoughts?

today we are very keypoint. if we break 83-85 then it will be rather 72 or 89/93 or even more. my guess .

the bull run is over. it will continue going down. I'd wait for BTC to hit 60k and then start buying, that was the previous top and i think this will be the new support level , so the bottom of this bear market.

Can you still hold if it drops 50 % more? You might be struck for years with investment amount. But if you have patience, you will be rewarded a lot.

It's a great entry point to buy
Maybe it will dump a bit more, but I don't think it will dump much from now

i already sold 50% of them but should hold the rest high pump is coming

If you're looking at the Fear & Greed Index, the best times to buy crypto have historically been when the indicator dropped and closed below 20 points.

You should have been selling crypto when the indicator closed above 90 points.

You should have bought at that time. Look at current Bitcoin prices. Based on present trend, I expect decent growth in bitcoin prices.

From the time you posted this, bitcoin moved upwards only. So you missed golden chance to invest.

The Fear & Greed Index at 27 (Extreme Fear) suggests crypto is oversold, making ETH a potential buy for long-term holders. Historically, buying in fear zones pays off if you’re patient. If you believe in ETH’s fundamentals and can stomach volatility, DCA in now and hold.

If you’re comfortable with risk and believe in crypto’s long-term potential, dips can be good entry points — “buy the dip.” But if you’re unsure or the market looks shaky with no clear bottom, waiting for signs of stabilization or a recovery trend might be wiser.
