Just another guy trying to buy PROXIES - Help

Hi guys!
So I've been looking around the forum looking for the best Proxy solution but there are so many options. I am relatively new to the Black Hat World. My question is simple and I hope I get a simple answer as well.
What proxy service do you RECOMMEND ME?

I would use them mainly to create "Social Network" accounts and send mass e-mails. I'm not a heavy user yet so something simple (affordable price) would do.

For mass mailing.. you would require a huge number of proxies to safely inbox your mails.. Also for account creation a ton of proxies is needed to be able to always create UNIQUE accounts.

Hit me up if anyone needs massive amount of proxies for cheap prices.
