I negotiated with Webonify to purchase one GMB
He or she promised to provide it within 5-7 business days
To date, a month has passed and the service has not been provided
He or she also do not want to refund the money
I'll wait three more days

Show transaction proof / messaging that you paid him. The screenshot you attached says nothing.
If it is scam, please add more info it will help everyone
