I have china 3pl but am wondering what other people are doing to combat the taxes. Anyway unknown ways people are getting around this? I am going to buy bulk from china but shipping is still a long time. YunExpress is too expensive right now as well. Just want to know what everyone is doing.

There are a few alternative countries which may come in lower cost like Vietnam, Laos or Indonesia but chances are they lack the infrastructure to support an automated dropshipper. China is likely still the best bet.
This assumes you aren't in the USA and impacted by tariffs. If you are.. well then Mexico is probably your best bet.

Im trying to get around the tariffs and long shipping times when buying bulk. I am shipping to USA from China but COGS are extreme. I wanted to drop ship from another Asian country. Any suggestions?

maybe ship to a diff country first like brazil or something and then to the us if this comes cheaper then paying tarrifs.
