Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct in-depth competitor analysis (monitoring top 20 industry players)
✔ Develop and execute hybrid "White + Black Hat" SEO strategies (including site networks, backlinking, and traffic redirection)
✔ Submit weekly Traffic Performance Reports (tracking keyword fluctuations, penalty alerts, and ROI analysis)
✔ Lead and manage a local team of 3-5 members to ensure flawless strategy implementation

Requirements:
✔ 3+ years of hands-on Black Hat SEO experience
✔ Expertise in Ahrefs/SEMrush with manual evasion of Google Sandbox effects
✔ Fluency in Vietnamese (tested) and deep understanding of local search behaviors (e.g., Zalo traffic conversion)
