Meta business representatives

Meta will assign you an account representative if your ad spend is high enough—usually several thousand dollars per month. Accounts with larger budgets will be prioritized. This representative can help you resolve issues like account bans, suspensions, or help set up campaigns. They will contact you via a message on the Facebook profile associated with your ad account, or you can view the message in your Business Manager. If your spend is not yet at this level, the best way to do so is to use Meta Business Help's live chat feature

do you have one ? if yes how much they help?

Big spenders with stable, clean accounts often get a dedicated rep for better support—but it takes consistent spending, long-term activity, and strict policy compliance to reach that level.

do you have one? if yes than how was your experience?

Yes, Meta assigns dedicated reps to businesses with high ad spend (usually over $10K–$50K/month) or through Meta Partner programs.
These reps can escalate issues like bans or review delays, but they don't guarantee unbans — they just improve your chances significantly.
I heard that like someone with badged Business manager could unban 100%

"Yeah, that’s actually true to an extent. Meta does assign dedicated reps, but it’s usually for ad accounts spending consistently high amounts, think thousands per month. These reps can be super helpful with account reviews and faster appeal processes, but they’re not magic wands either. If your biz isn't hitting that threshold, it’s hard to get direct support. Would be curious to know if anyone here got a rep without massive spend?"

Yes, some businesses with large and stable advertising budgets will be assigned a dedicated account representative (also known as a Meta Rep or Agency Partner Manager ). This person does not have direct “unban” powers, but they do have internal access and priority support channels , which can help expedite the appeals process , monitor account health, and make campaign optimization recommendations .

However, getting assigned is not easy – it usually requires spending at least $10k–$50k+/month , depending on the region, history, and business model. Having a rep does not guarantee “immortality”, but it certainly makes handling issues much faster and more efficient. If you are in this spending range, you can contact Meta via Business Help or through a verified partner to request it.

Businesses with high growth potential and regular spending often have dedicated support representatives who can handle complex issues and provide technical support. To gain authority, you need to maintain steady spending, maintain long-term accounts, and adhere to policies.

yes usually verified bm accounts, and spending a lot are usually very healthy and rarely disabled.

Yes, it’s true! Meta assigns a dedicated account rep to businesses with high ad spend or specific needs. They can quickly resolve issues, including unbanning accounts

Sorry to say it guys, but in this way it is impossible to do unbans or other services like claims or verifications. It used to work, but it was patched a long time ago. Even the simplest ban will not unban you this way.

But you will get access to support, you just need to spend money regularly for about a week (maybe 2 max) on an Ads campaign. Facebook should grant you access to support.

On the other hand, if you need unbans or other services then drop us the details by email or by form on socialmagnetize.com, we will take a look and help.

There are different tiers of Meta reps. Every ad account, after a little bit of spending, gets a representative. These are low-level Meta reps, with almost zero power to help in any meaningful way. They will recommend for you to spend more money, try new Meta features, etc.

The reps that help with unbanning, ad approvals, etc., are mostly available to "Badged" agencies.

In order to be a Badged agency, you need to sign up for Meta's partner program. Then, you need to hit a spending requirement of $4,000,000 or $3,000,000 (with qualifying ad placements) within 180 days, then maintain that spending threshold.

Once you become Badged, you get access to a lot more features, ad coupons, support from real Meta reps, etc.

Ad coupons are very useful. You can get free ad spend for engaging with certain features that Meta wants to push. For example, I'm able to get $2,091 if I spend another $18,000 on lead ads (on FB lead forms). This is just for one ad account and the rewards vary by ad account.

Basically, you need to spend at minimum, $6,000,000 per year with Meta to unlock the higher-tier support.

Requirement must be very high. Millions of $

Not for the lowend customers. Not profitable.

People will assign representatives when that person spends High enough advertising from several thousand dollars per month. You can contact Meta support for their support. and know the specific requirements

your information is interesting and will also try to learn about this issue if it can be done it will be very beneficial

Not everyone knows that large businesses with consistent spending and growth may get a dedicated representative for support. This rep handles complex issues and offers faster assistance, but gaining this access requires steady spending, long-term account maintenance, and clean activity. Large-scale operations should focus on long-term strategies to reach this level.
